Intro blog

 I will be doing a music video by myself. I chose to do a music video by myself because i felt as though i would be able to freely express my personality, and really interact with the song the way i would like to. I wont be timid or shy, i can be my natural quirky self alone. I wont be nervous like i would usually be when someone looks at me. When it comes together because i'm comfortable all of it will only make the outcome of my video come out better. The song i'm doing is "Shower" by Becky G. I chose this song because i feel like it shows a side of me no one gets to see. My inner Corky self that i adore when i'm home alone. You can see the joy in my face and the light that feels up the room when my personality is thoroughly expressed, and not hidden in the shadows. On top of that i feel as though this song relates to me and who i am when i encounter someone i have feelings for. She says all the right lyrics, and for some reason i just get so hyped and excited. Pushing me to get up and dance. All my feelings start to come out unexpectedly, and i just start screaming the lyrics out word for word. This song has a connection to me, and there's nothing better than doing a commercial with a song you are comfortable with, and you can totally be yourself in. Overall when it comes to Becky G and her personality i tend to gravitate to it and really enjoy who she is. I love her music. As an artist i really respect her and who she is. "Shower" happens to be one of my favorite songs from her  and kind of my current emotion throughout my daily life almost everyday.

Genre Research: Queen And Slim

 Q ueen and Slim is another great movie. It gives off a different version of Bonnie and Clyde. The movie tells about two young adults, male and female, being on the run for the murder of a police officer after being pulled over one night. The two were at first, on a regular date getting to know each other and as they are on the way home, they are stopped by a white male police officer and was gunned down by him when he shot the female. After that the man shot the police officer and then they fled the scene and that's how their story begins. This movie is a great movie to put into the drama section. There are so many dramatic scenes in this movies from the beginning to the end. The scenes that had all of the action and heartfelt parts in it carried the movie the way it was supposed to be carried. Production Blog: We pick Sunday!!!

 After enough decision making our group finally came to a conclusion on what and how everything we get done. Due to the fact we haven't recorded our final film, we are still throughout the second portion of our project. We will be recording this Sunday. Leading us to the finish line and being almost done. By then everybody in the group should have their individual clips filmed. While also remembering all parts accordingly. Leading us to not have as many mistakes and dealings pushing forward with the film process. Doing it this way will give us a great amount of editing time, allowing us to turn in the film by Thursday at the latest. Every group member participates throughout the film at least at some given point. My partner Aniya Smith is kilt off through the first part of the scene due to her suicide.
