This particular story board was hard. We had to do 70 boxes and make sure each of them was correct. We all contributed to the story board Although we all contributed only one person did the drawing. Hope you Enjoy!!

  The movie The Hate You Give is another very emotional and powerful movie. Like the Hidden Figures, it is about racial economy in the United States. But this time around, it is in the new day where we suffer with police brutality. The movie is about a young African American girl who is usually not apart of the crowd but tries to do something that boost up her social life such as throwing a party. At the party, she meets a boy and she finds him attractive. They talk and he offers to take her home. As they are going home, they are stopped by a police officer. Everything is great until the boy makes a joke as pulling his hairbrush out as a gun and is then shot and killed by the police officer. Genre Decision

  I n this final task, we were told to base our movie clip on one single genre. The genre that me and my group mates chose to do was drama. We chose the genre because based on our ideas that we've came up with to base our film on, the drama genre fell right into it. I also believe that we chose this certain genre because we felt like this is one of the genres that nobody really uses. The main genres used for this project by other classmates are usually action, horror or thriller and our group just kind of wanted to be different. The drama genre is a very interesting genre in my opinion. In a drama film, it feels like it fits every other genre in one. For example, a drama film can include horror, some action and a bit of comedy in it also, but overall the film is dramatic and has many different things added and flipped around during the film. Planning Blog: Location, Participants, and Schedule

 This new project requires a lot. This time, the main goal of this final task is to make a movie film. The movie film will be about a suicide that happened because of the stress of online school. Since online school has impacted kids across the United States, my group and I thought it would be a great idea to make a film about something that's going on in today's society.  The schedule that we set up for our project is very time manageable for everyone in our group. Some of the participants in our film has jobs and other things to do so we made a schedule that will be able to fit everybody.  Schedule: 2/28/21 - 3/8/21: We will start brainstorming ideas about where the setting is, cast and what the film is truly going to be about.
