Production Blog: We're getting there

We are in the process of still recording for our final film. The deadline is coming up and we are getting through the film as much as we can. Our split scenes should be already recorded by everyone. The reason being there all individually filmed at home or elsewhere. Those were all recorded by ourselves. This was more convenient for us because we are able to get a portion of the film done, and considering the type of scene that is being dealt everyone was needed to be in separate locations. While also giving us more time to film the main portion of the film at the park. Far as timing, I do believe my group is working accordingly. The film isn't due until next week and we are still getting things done early and efficiently. Sunday would be the shooting of the final portion of the film, leaving us the rest of the week to edit. Correcting any mistakes given. Everyone was to ensure that they shot in perfect angles and recorded in adequate lighting. Our plot wasn't difficult so it was made easy for my group to get their part completed. Our timing is very good at the moment and everything is running smoothly so far. All clips had to be sent to me, so I could let my group know which ones needed to be recorded again because of mistakes. Since Sunday is our last day recording, we have from the 11th all the way until the 15th to fix any mistakes and accurately edit the film. Editing shouldn't take much due to the fact it is only a portioned film that is only two minutes and thirty seconds long. A lot of the clips are made to have been recorded correctly so the editor shouldn't have much to change. The main thing on our group's mind is to get this project done before the deadline. The last thing we would want is to have worked so hard and long for us to miss it. The way we are setting things up everything looks good and we hope to take all that good and put it within the outcome of out film

Genre Research: Queen And Slim

 Q ueen and Slim is another great movie. It gives off a different version of Bonnie and Clyde. The movie tells about two young adults, male and female, being on the run for the murder of a police officer after being pulled over one night. The two were at first, on a regular date getting to know each other and as they are on the way home, they are stopped by a white male police officer and was gunned down by him when he shot the female. After that the man shot the police officer and then they fled the scene and that's how their story begins. This movie is a great movie to put into the drama section. There are so many dramatic scenes in this movies from the beginning to the end. The scenes that had all of the action and heartfelt parts in it carried the movie the way it was supposed to be carried. Production Blog: We pick Sunday!!!

 After enough decision making our group finally came to a conclusion on what and how everything we get done. Due to the fact we haven't recorded our final film, we are still throughout the second portion of our project. We will be recording this Sunday. Leading us to the finish line and being almost done. By then everybody in the group should have their individual clips filmed. While also remembering all parts accordingly. Leading us to not have as many mistakes and dealings pushing forward with the film process. Doing it this way will give us a great amount of editing time, allowing us to turn in the film by Thursday at the latest. Every group member participates throughout the film at least at some given point. My partner Aniya Smith is kilt off through the first part of the scene due to her suicide.
